By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About Ink Searcher
Ink Searcher is a marketplace platform that allows tattoo artists to create portfolios and connect with customers through profile listings and in-platform messaging. Ink Searcher does not provide tattoo services, does not facilitate payments between customers and artists, and is not a party to any agreement made between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ink Searcher.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity occurring under your account, and providing accurate information.
4. Artist Subscriptions
Artists may create accounts for free. Optional paid subscriptions are available and billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. User Content & Portfolios
Artists retain full ownership of uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant Ink Searcher permission to display it solely for operating the Service.
6. Content Restrictions
NSFW, illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content is not permitted and may be removed without notice.
7. Copyright & DMCA
For copyright concerns, contact support@inksearcher.com.
8. Messaging & Communications
Ink Searcher is not responsible for communications or agreements between users.
9. No Professional Endorsements
Ink Searcher does not endorse or guarantee services offered by artists.
10. Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time for violations.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ink Searcher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
