Create, Claim, and Manage Your Shop
Shop manager profiles let owners and managers maintain the shop page, add artists, and make sure visitors can find accurate shop information.
Step 1
Find your shop listing
Open the shop dashboard from your account menu, then use the Claim an existing shop search to look by shop name, address, city, state, or ZIP.
Step 2
Claim or create the shop profile
If your shop is already listed, click Claim. If it is not listed yet, create a shop listing with the shop name and address so it can appear in shop search.
Step 3
Complete the shop details
Add the public bio, phone, email, website, Instagram username, and full address. These details power the public shop profile and contact buttons.
Step 4
Upload a shop photo
Add a JPEG, PNG, or WebP shop photo from the dashboard. It becomes the shop search thumbnail and the image shown in the public shop header.
Step 5
Add artists to the roster
Search for existing Ink Searcher artists and attach them to your shop. Their portfolio work can then be featured on the shop page.
Step 6
Keep the page current
Update shop details, remove artists who leave, and add new artists as they create profiles. The shop page becomes a shared home for everyone working there.
Before you start
- The shop name and full address
- A public phone number or email address
- The shop website and Instagram username, if available
- A clear shop photo for the search thumbnail and page header
- The names of artists already on Ink Searcher
- Admin access to the account that should manage the shop
